MAKING A ORDER

Once you have made an order online you will receive a confirmation email of purchase. Please check your junk folder as sometimes confirmation emails can fall into here. 

If you have not received a confirmation email and payment has been successful, please contact us and we can re send your confirmation email to you. 

All our of our faux floral arrangements are made via one florist and due to high demand of orders the dispatch times may vary. 

It can take up to 10 working days to receive faux floral order. Home accessories order without florals can take up to 5 working days. We try our absolute best to get your florals and products to you as quickly as we can. 

WHAT IF I AM ORDERING FOR A GIFT? 

If your faux florals or accessory is for a gift please let us know in customer comments the date that is needed by and we will ensure we will get your gift there, we can also add on gift wrapping and personalised message for your gift. 

CAN I RECEIVE MY ITEMS QUICKER THAN THE DISPATCH TIMES? 

Yes, all you need to do is contact us via email and tell us what you would like and if we can get this made and shipped out with our courier earlier. There is a small fee of £6.50 to get this made ahead of other orders and onto a express service. Once you have spoken with us you can go ahead and make your order online and make the additional payment via payment details we provide or we can take the order as a whole and provide payment method by email or whats app for your order. 

CAN YOU CREATE A BESPOKE FLORAL AND I COLLECT IN YOUR SHOP? 

Yes, please call us or email should you wish to have a bespoke floral arrangement made and then we can arrange for a collection for the next day. 

HOW DO I USE CLICK & COLLECT? 

You can shop online and use the code ‘COLLECT’ at check out which will minus the shipping charge alternatively you can phone or email for us to reserve a product for you and can come collect at your leisure. 

HOW LONG CAN YOU RESERVE A PRODUCT FOR? 

We can only reserve products for 48 hours as we many of our products have limited stock availability, once you can come to collect you can pay via cash or card in the shop.
