We hope you love your items as much as we do, if you do decide you wish to return here is what to do.

BESPOKE FAUX FLORALS 

All bespoke florals that have been created via one to one consultations via Instagram and whats app are non-refundable. When we create bespoke florals in some cases we order bespoke vases or florals especially to create a design. We send videos and photos during the designing process and once completed to ensure you are happy before sending. 

FAUX FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS & HOME ACCESSORIES

All floral arrangements are made on site in our workshop, every arrangement is made to order. 

We hope you love your florals or home accessory however should you not be happy with you florals you can return or exchange and here is how it works. 

We have 48 hours return notifications policy upon receipt of your goods all this means is once you have received your product you have 48 hours to tell us via email you do not wish to keep them. Please email info@bellesfleurhome.co.uk with your order number and product you wish to return. 

FAUX BOUQUETS

If you have requested to custom cut your bouquet to fit a vase they will become non-returnable unless there is a problem with them fitting in the vase. 

If your bouquet has not been personally cut to your size request we have 48 hours return notifications policy upon receipt of your goods all this means is once you have received your product you have 48 hours to tell us via email you do not wish to keep them. Please email info@bellesfleurhome.co.uk with your order number and product you wish to return.

Please be aware that sale items are non refundable. This does not include promotional weekend or discount codes.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item we will send out a replacement to you as soon as possible. In some cases we may need you to return the damaged item to us. 

Please contact us via info@bellesfleurhome.co.uk with photographic evidence of the damages. We will arrange for any damaged or faulty items to be collected where necessary. We may also request photographic evidence. Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty items or their packaging unless advised to do so by us.

HOW SHOULD I RETURN MY ITEM?

First step is to email us that your wish to return your item within 48 hours. 

Unfortunately, as we are a small business, we do not pay for return shipping. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received). We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

We advise using www.parcel2go.co.uk which is a courier broker and will help you find the best price and service. It is important to remember to get your item signed for and protected to the value of the item in case of damages. 

When returning your unwanted items, it is essential that they are packaged securely as received to avoid any damages in transit to us. Should we receive returns damaged unfortunately we will be unable to process your refund and you should raise a claim with the courier you have chosen. 

We must then receive your returned item/s within 14 days of receiving your request for a return.

Once we have received your return we will process your refund minus the original postage cost and any courier charges and if you have requested one, release your exchange. Please Note. Your refund may take 7-10 days to show in your account.
